Fix Invisible FiveM Uniforms

My uk service uniforms should load in FiveM, yet right now nothing shows up in game—no errors, just empty bodies where the clothing should be. I haven’t double-checked the server directory to confirm that every YDD/YTD (or other) file is sitting in the right place, so the fault could be in the install path, the resource manifest, or even the meta data.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Diagnose why the uniforms are not appearing at all.
• Correct any file structure, manifest, or streaming issues so the models and textures display properly on both client and server.
