First-Person Shooter Unreal Engine Game

I'm looking for a developer in Unreal Engine to create a basic first-person shooter game. The setting isn't a concern, it could be either futuristic, modern warfare or historical. The game will only require one basic gun, health bar, basic mechanics, basic sounds and few enemies. It can be made as one infinite loop level. Its very simple and basic but I need it quite fast. For skilled developer its gonna take approximately 2-3hours. It really needs to be very simple.
