**Title:** Facial & Body Animation Mod for Final Fantasy XIV (Lip-Sync Included)

**Job Overview:**
We're seeking an experienced modder or animator to create a custom mod for Final Fantasy XIV. The project involves replacing a standard emote with a fully choreographed performance, including precise lip-sync, expressive facial animations, body movements, and embedded audio.

**Deliverables:**

- Custom mod packaged in `.pmp` or `.ttmp2` format, compatible with XIVLauncher + Penumbra
- High-quality facial animation using shape-keys or FACS
- Synchronized body choreography
- Embedded `.ogg` audio
- Brief installation and usage guide

**Required Skills:**

- Proficiency with animation tools (Blender, Textools/Penumbra, Mare Synchronos)
- Experience with lip-sync pipelines (Papagayo, Parrot, Rhubarb, Lipsync Studio, or similar)
- Prior modding work for FFXIV or similar games (portfolio required)
- Reliable communication and availability for testing and feedback rounds
