Experienced PixiJS Developer HTML5 Slot Game Frontend Slots (Technical Implementation)

I'm are seeking a highly skilled HTML5 Game Developer to build the frontend of a premium, 5-reel video slot game from scratch. (5x4)
We will provide complete, high-resolution, layered PSD files for the game’s layout, symbols, backgrounds, and UI. We will also provide pre-made Spine 2D assets for key animations.
Your role is to act as the technical integrator, bringing these design assets together into a flawless, high-performance HTML5 game using PixiJS. The final product must match the smoothness and responsive behavior of games on platforms like Stake
Crucial Technical Scope:
Frontend Only: This game will have NO internal math model, RNG, or win logic. It is a visual shell only.
API-Driven Architecture: The game's core function is to send a "spin" request to an external API and render the pre-determined result returned in a JSON response. Your code must be cleanly structured to connect to this backend later.
Framework: PixiJS is a strict requirement. We have confirmed this aligns with our target platform's architecture.
Your Responsibilities:
PSD to HTML5 (PixiJS): Build a pixel-perfect, fully responsive game interface from our layered PSDs.
Responsive & High DPI: The game must adapt seamlessly to both desktop (landscape) and mobile (portrait/landscape) layouts and correctly render high-resolution assets sharply on Retina/high-DPI screens.
Technical Animation Implementation: You will implement standard slot mechanics (smooth reel spins, blur, bounce-stops) in code. You will also import provided Spine 2D assets and write the code to trigger them based on game events (e.g., triggering a "Big Win" animation loop on command).
UI Functionality: Implement a functional betting interface with dynamic buttons (+/-) and logic that updates the UI display and prepares the bet value for the API call.
Required Skills:
Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the PixiJS framework.
Proven experience with the PixiJS-Spine Runtime library. You must demonstrate the ability to load, display, and programmatically control Spine skeletons within PixiJS code.
A portfolio of relevant HTML5 game projects (links to playable demos required).
Deep understanding of WebGL performance and texture management.
