Endless Racer Dynamic Weather Feature -- 2
Budget: ₹5,000,000 – ₹0 INR
Speed Racer X is already giving players a thrill with its smooth controls, realistic visuals and an addictive Endless Racing Mode. Now I want to push immersion even further by adding a fully–integrated dynamic-weather system that keeps the environment changing in real time while the race goes on.
What I’m after
• Weather that shifts seamlessly—sunny skies sliding into sudden rain, rolling fog, even the occasional storm—without interrupting gameplay.
• Visual and physics tweaks that make each condition feel different (puddles, reduced grip, spray effects, lighting changes, etc.).
• Lightweight code and optimized assets so the frame-rate stays rock-solid on mid-range devices as well as high-end hardware.
• Inspector or settings panel that lets me adjust weather frequency, intensity and transition speed for future balancing.
• Clear, well-commented source plus a short setup document so my in-house team can continue iterating.
Endless Racing Mode is the sole focus of this milestone; leaderboards, power-ups and other modes are already handled elsewhere, so you won’t need to touch them.
When you deliver I’ll run the build through a one-hour stress test on three target devices, check visual fidelity against the current art style and verify that coin pick-ups, car upgrades and UI remain unaffected. Pass those checks and we’re good.
If you have existing shaders, particle presets or middleware that can speed things up, feel free to propose them—licensing costs can be discussed separately.
Looking forward to seeing how you can make every run feel new the moment the weather turns.
