UE5 Driving Game Animation Integration

I'm developing a first-person driving game in Unreal Engine 5 and need an expert to install driving physics and add hand and foot animations.

Requirements:
- Implement Advanced Vehicle Physics
- Add hand animations for:
- Steering Wheel Movement
- Gear Shifting
- Dashboard Interaction
- Button Interaction
- Add foot animations for:
- Pedal Operation
- Foot Resting Position
- Gear Pedal Interaction
