Thank you for your interest in our project. We are currently seeking reliable development partners for the continued realization of our digital strategy game. The project combines tactical depth with innovative mechanics and is being developed with long-term scalability and internationalization in mind.
To ensure smooth legal, administrative, and operational collaboration, the following requirements are mandatory for any partner or studio:
EU Legal Presence Required
The partner must be a legal entity based within the European Union (EU). Alternatively, an officially authorized and liable representative residing within the EU must be designated and contractually confirmed.
Binding Documents in German Only
All legal agreements (including NDAs, contracts, and performance specifications) are exclusively available in German. An accurate understanding and acceptance of these German-language documents is a prerequisite for participation in the project.
Data Protection & Confidentiality Compliance
The partner must comply with GDPR and agree to strict confidentiality measures as defined in our internal NDA and project regulations.
Detailed Project Documentation Available
A comprehensive Game Design Document (GDD) is available and provides detailed insights into the project’s structure, gameplay mechanics, technical requirements, and development roadmap. Access to the full game document will be granted after signing a valid NDA and confirming compliance with the conditions above.
