Custom Roblox Vehicle Creation

I’m looking to commission a 3D modeler, animator, and/or scripter to help create a custom vehicle for Roblox. I have a 3D concept design that I’ll provide as visual reference, and I need a clean, game-ready version built from scratch with proper proportions, optimized for Roblox Studio. The vehicle includes mechanical parts that need to be animated, such as a manual energy wheel the player can rotate, a brake lever, and pedals that move, as well as scripting for features like hybrid power (manual or fuel-based), fuel consumption, and speed/fuel indicators. The style and functionality should suit Roblox performance standards, and the project should remain flexible in case I want to adjust the design or add new features later.
