Create a online multiplayer mobile game

Hi! So I want to make a unique mobile game based on crypto currency. the virtual coin owned by us will be the payment in game. The game will be a type of mmorpg multiplayer, which will include weapons such as swords, pistol etc. And armours such as leather vest, chain mail etc. The game will have trading included as well. The characters used will be only female and male in game.
The game is a bit more complex and i will give more info later.
But basicly is like a city where people live and sometimes go in adventure to find rare items. The people every 2 days can select a trait to add to their characters, eg. Beauty, inteligence, strenght, etc.
I need someone who is very good at designing this kind of games and experienced since we want the game to be successful. Also since the game will be crypto based, or example play to earn type of game, a bit of crypto currency knowledge helps a bit.
