Create a 10-Player Survival RPG Game

I am looking for someone who can help make a video game that I already created and recreate it in a new game engine. You can use whatever engine you want to use. Please let me know which game engine you plan on using, how long you think it would take you, how much you believe it will cost, and whether or not you have any questions.
