Create 2D Game with several minigames and features

My details regarding the required gameplay:

The details which functionalities I need in the web admin panel (cms) are:
The main function are:
- To see all the users that registered, and we can CRUD the users data: Name, User ID, password
- To see all the users scoreboard (R only, not CRUD)
Timeline: Assume the development start at 18 October 2021, can you finish it and deliver to me at 15 November 2021?
Platforms that I need this game: Android and iOS
Budget: start from 1000 USD or more (it is negotiable, based on what you can offer)
Notes :
- I need the app developed with Unity3d editor with a Personal edition. If you have Unity Pro that the logo removed at the startup screen, it’s great. Let me know you have the personal or the pro version of Unity.
- I have the assets, you can use our assets
- To Publish the apps, I will do it by myself in my account, so I need you to give me the source code after the job is done and show me how to build the app to iOS and android and how to run the code.
