Controllable Outcome Gaming Platform

I need a cross-platform gaming solution that lets me offer three simple prediction games—coin toss, dice roll, and a stock-market style “up or down” bet—while keeping full control over every game result from an admin panel. The build has to run smoothly on both Android (APK + Play-Store ready bundle) and the web under a single code-base, ideally React/Flutter for UI with a secure Node/PHP back end, though I am open to frameworks you can justify.

Core flow
• New players sign up through either classic email/password or one-click social logins.
• Once inside, they see their profile, current balance, and recent activity.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be processed automatically through common Indian payment gateways as well as crypto; balances update in real time.
• From my admin dashboard I decide the outcome of each round or set an algorithmic win-rate slider—no result should ever be determined solely by RNG unless I allow it.
• All gameplay, deposit, and withdrawal actions are recorded for later audit, and users can request password resets without involving support.

Deliverables
1. Android app (AAB + signed APK) and responsive web front end, both linking to the same database
2. Admin control panel with toggles for: game odds, manual result override, user management, transaction logs
3. Fully integrated payment APIs for auto-deposit/auto-withdraw
4. Source code, build instructions, and a brief hand-off walkthrough

Acceptance criteria
– I can override a live round and see the chosen result reflected instantly on both platforms.
– Test deposits/withdrawals complete end-to-end without manual intervention.
– New users can register through either email or social, recover passwords, and view their activity log.
