Complete CS 1.6 CSGO Server Setup

I’m building a Counter-Strike 1.6 server running the CSGO MOD and I want it to launch fully-featured from day one.
Your job spans three areas:

1. In-game plugins
• Custom gameplay enhancements that give the classic 1.6 feel a CSGO twist
• A reliable anti-cheat layer to keep things clean
• Intuitive admin tools so moderators can act fast without leaving the server

2. Community platform
• Integrated forums and discussion boards tied to players’ Steam IDs
• Live rankings and detailed stats that update automatically after each match
• An events module to schedule weekly cups, show-matches and special modes

3. Promotion package
• Social-media ready graphics, copy and a posting calendar for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
• Announcements crafted for popular gaming forums and tracker sites to drive early traffic

I will provide server access and hosting for the web components. Please handle installation, configuration, and basic documentation so I can manage updates myself later.

Acceptance criteria
– Server boots with all plugins loaded, no conflicting cvars or crashes after a 24-hour stress test
– Web portal reachable from the server MOTD, shows live stats and allows event sign-up
– Marketing assets delivered in PSD/PNG plus editable text, with a 30-day posting schedule
