Project Description: City of Justice
Game Title: City of Justice

Platform: Roblox

Genre: Open-world, Roleplaying, Law Enforcement, Crime, Simulation

Game Concept: "City of Justice" is a highly immersive open-world roleplaying game set in a dynamic, modern city where players can take on the role of various teams, including law enforcement, criminals, emergency responders, and civilians. The game features realistic mechanics such as investigations, criminal activities, business ownership, and dynamic interactions between players and AI.

In City of Justice, players can choose from a range of teams, including but not limited to:

Police: From regular officers to specialized units like SWAT, detectives, and federal agents.

Criminals: Engage in illegal activities such as bank robberies, drug dealing, and home invasions, with abilities like lock-picking, heists, and advanced combat.

Emergency Services: Firefighters, EMS teams, and DOT workers who respond to emergencies, assist in rescue operations, and repair the city.

Civilians: Play as regular citizens, own businesses, and engage in both legal and illegal activities.

Special Forces: Military units that offer an additional layer of depth, including specialized operations and vehicles.

Key Features:

Gang Territory System: Criminal organizations can control certain parts of the city, creating areas where illegal activities are more common and leading to territorial disputes.

Realistic Survival Mechanics: Players must manage their health, hydration, and energy by using in-game resources such as food, water, and rest.

Advanced Police Mechanic: Police forces don't automatically go after players unless they have a wanted level. Investigations, forensics, and even SWAT operations are part of the game's complexity.

Business Ownership and Jobs: Civilians can own businesses, including legal and illegal establishments, and take on jobs that contribute to the city’s economy.

EMS/Firefighter System: Emergency response teams will deal with city-wide disasters, medical calls, and fire emergencies, with unique mechanics and in-game challenges.

Dynamic Combat System: The game features advanced combat mechanics, including gunfights, melee combat, and the ability to engage in stealthy operations. Players can sprint, crouch, and use tactical movement.

Advanced Vehicle System: Vehicles, including cars, bikes, and emergency vehicles, are essential to navigating the city. Vehicles can be damaged, stolen, or used as part of criminal activities.

Special Abilities for Teams: Every team has specialized abilities and tools—police can interrogate suspects, criminals can break into buildings, and the EMS can provide medical treatment in various situations.

Skill Trees: Players can level up and unlock new abilities, weapons, and roles within their chosen team, such as SWAT, Undercover, K-9 Units, etc.

Law & Order System: Crimes committed by criminals will trigger a response from the police. Serious crimes lead to investigations, pursuits, and high-stakes chases. If a player is caught, they may face legal consequences, including a trial.

Military Features: Military teams can be accessed via in-game ranks or passes, offering exclusive gear, vehicles, and specialized operations. Military ranks are tied to Robux and come with increased responsibility and firepower.

Court and Prison System: Players involved in crimes can be sent to court, face trials, and be sentenced to prison. The prison is highly interactive, with opportunities for other players to try and break out criminals.

Game Flow:

Players will begin in the team selection GUI, choosing a role that aligns with their playstyle—whether that's the dangerous life of a criminal, the rule-abiding nature of law enforcement, or the essential work of EMS or firefighters.

The city itself will be alive with activity, where AI-controlled NPCs roam the streets, follow schedules, and interact with players based on their actions. AI can call the police if they witness a crime or request medical help in an emergency.

Players will work within their team to achieve objectives, whether it’s to enforce the law, escape from the police, or provide emergency services during a disaster.

Special events, such as large criminal heists or city-wide emergencies, will occur randomly, requiring all teams to work together to resolve them.
