Cartoon Robot Arena Game

Job ID: 40266841

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I want to bring a fast-paced “Robot Wars” style arena to life on PC with a bright, cartoon look. The core loop is simple but needs to feel tight: players mine central resource nodes—Iron, Tyres, Weapons parts and Control chips—using a starter Hammer. Anything they gather is stored in an inventory and reflected in Leaderstats.

At each of the ten player bases, those resources are fed into a fabrication machine that builds combat robots in five rarities, from Common up to Legendary, each rarity carrying its own preset health and damage values. Robots then face off in manual-control duels: 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2, with punch, kick and dodge mapped to standard keys.

Key systems I need you to code and wire together:

• Mining loop with spawn timers, Hammer tool and item drops
• Persistent inventory plus Leaderstats tracking all materials
• Base machine that consumes materials and rolls rarity, assigning stats automatically
• Combat controller (punch, kick, dodge) for both duel modes
• Win logic: losing robot explodes, winner loots a percentage of materials
• Global Top-10 victory leaderboard saved to datastore

Everything should run smoothly on PC and carry a consistent, colorful cartoon aesthetic. Please outline your preferred engine or framework, any middleware you plan to use, and the timeline you foresee for first playable through to final polish.
