Hi, we’re looking for a skilled app developer who can convert a physical card game into a mobile app game for both iOS and Android platforms.
This is just the first pass at it, and will be kept basic.
The game rules and materials are already prepared and ready for use. The desired level of complexity for the game app is simple, with few features.

The game brief overview:
"Ello" is a two-player game played with a standard 52-card deck, where each player starts with 26 cards. The game assigns values to only four cards in the deck.
In each turn, players alternate, placing one card face-up. The objective in each round is to play a card that exceeds the value of the first card played. If it doesn't, the player loses that round and collects all the cards played. The winner initiates the next round by dealing and placing a new card down.
Contrary to many traditional card games where accumulating cards is beneficial, "Ello" challenges players to do the opposite. The first player to rid themselves of all their cards wins.

Key Features:
Card Value Mechanics:
Only Jacks, Queens, Kings, and Aces have values (1, 2, 3, 4 respectively).
Other cards (2-10) have no value and serve to cue the next player's turn.
The suits have no specific value or role.
Gameplay Flow:
Players flip the top card of their deck.
If a value card is flipped, the player drops additional cards based on the card's value.
The game continues in turns until one player has no cards left.
Winning Criteria:
The first player to play all their cards wins.
