Build an app

I'm looking for someone who can build a rewarding matching game app on firebase. Users will earn rewards by having to flip 20 cards over and find the correct match for each card they flipped before a timer runs out. Before they can play the game they will have to earn lives by watching an advertisement. The game will have 3 levels and each levels will payout a reward amount.
