Build an NFT Game

I have some Ideas for an NFT game and i want to estimate costs for this, it will be a regular click to earn game, what i am looking for (in this phase) is to make detailed step by step list specifying the cost for each phase, how many people and what will each one will do. I don't want an approximate estimate as i will hire the winning bid and want it to be as described.
