Build LMS game on minecraft education edition just like ROBLOX

I want to invite the application from interested participants for the following project.
Need to build a Life style Game on Minecraft education edition platform just like ROBLOX.
Following are the deliverables

1) Complete LMS- content will be provided to put up in the game which needs to be put up in minecraft game just like ROBLOX games
2) Teacher end should have complete analytics of the student
3) Multiplayer online game with point and batch system
4) Student should be able to play from mobiles/laptops/ipads
5) Complete minecraft world needs to be created
6) Assignment and Assessment system for the progress of the student
7) API integrations with other applications to make it more user friendly

Required skills
1) Through knowledge of building Minecraft games with expertise in LMS
2) Should have build LMS on minecraft education platform. Previous work/ published games demonstrations required
3) should deliver the project on time as per decided timelines
4) professional and should understand english/Hindi or marathi. Either one language is ok for better communication with me
5) Should have API knowledge and other tools/plugins knowledge which can be integrated with the game
6) Hosting knowledge/server knowledge/domain knowledge is required for working on JAVA and pocket edition of the game
