Build a Gamified Personal Growth & Finance Strategy App

I’m looking for a skilled developer/designer to help me build a choice-based simulation game app that blends personal growth, financial strategy, and gamification. The app should feel like a mix between a life simulator and a strategy game, where players make weekly choices that affect their income, XP, and long-term goals.
Core Features:
User Profiles & Login → simple signup system.
Occupation Selection → users start by choosing a career path (e.g., dropshipping, real estate, trucking, cold calling, automation).
Goal & Timeframe System → example: “Reach $80,000 passive income in 5 years.” A progress bar + countdown tracks their deadline.
Weekly Scenarios/Events → players face random challenges or opportunities (expenses, risks, rewards) and must choose how to respond.
XP & Rewards System → XP earned for decisions, progress, and milestones.
Blueprint Unlocks → when players hit their goal within the timeframe, they unlock a real-world business blueprint based on their chosen path.
Clean Dashboard Front Page → shows current goal, progress, income, and the next scenario to play.
Design Style:
Motivational, modern, and minimalist.
Primary colors: Gold, Navy Blue, Emerald Green (wealth + growth vibe).
Gamified but professional — not cartoonish.
Platform:
Start with mobile (iOS & Android) or web-app depending on your expertise and cost.
Requirements:
Experience building gaming or simulation apps.
Ability to set up milestone-based work (front page first, then gameplay logic, then polish).
