Basic merge of Unreal Lyra Sample Game with Unreal Matrix City Sample -- 2

I would like to "merge" together the Unreal Matrix City Sample and the Unreal Lyra starter game so that the Lyra players play in the streets of the Unreal Matrix City Sample. Also require that Lyra players can shoot and damage cars and npc's.
