Audio Mastering for GBA (BSc)

I'm looking for a Game Boy Advance (GBA) ROM that functions like an MP3 player. This will be used with an EZ Flash SD. Through that ypu will need to pass test tones to determine the GBA DAC specs and apply the research data to the mastering proccess of a musical track . In simple terms i need to master an audio track , like i would for vinyl , but for GBA in order to get the best Audio Quality. I will also need a written log of the proccess as this is going to be used as my final BSc project in Audio Production.
