Anime styled 2D cafe simulator and visual novel project

Hello! I am an artist that wants to create a 2D cafe simulator and visual novel combined, using my own artwork and assets. I need someone to help me code the actual game. I have attempted to learn coding myself using Python, Pygame and Game Maker Studio but it's just not something I can get my head around. I am looking for someone with a love for anime, cute girl characters and some potentially 18+ content to work with!
