Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking an experienced Indian developer to create a skill-based color style educational game for Android. This will be a 50/50 partnership, with an upfront payment.

Game Results generated by skill/randomizer (non-gambling logic)

Manual UPI Wallet System (User Add/Withdraw via UPI)
Referral System with tracking
Admin Panel (User + Transaction + Game Management)
Mobile Friendly Web App (Progressive Web App or Android APK)
Dashboard to view profits/loss, user stats etc.
