Adult-Targeted Mobile RPG Development to teach business skills - also known as a simulation

As the initiator of this project, I am seeking a skilled developer with a passion for engaging, adult-orientated role-playing games. The project will focus on creating a mobile RPG that will enthrall an adult target audience.
Key requirements include:

- Strong understanding of adult gaming sensibilities
- Exceptional storytelling capabilities
- Advanced graphics and user interface skills
- understanding of developing business simulations
- knowledge of human psychology or learning principles will be an added advantage
The ideal candidate would have prior experience in developing sophisticated mobile RPGs for adults. They would understand the unique narrative and gameplay needs of this mature demographic. My ultimate goal is to engage, and cater to, adults with complex and captivating role-playing scenarios in order to teach leadership and management principles in an engaging game based manner.
