2d platforms for post apocalyptic gaming scenario

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a 2D platform game for a post-apocalyptic gaming scenario. I'm offering $11 for someone who makes me some pieces for the world of a post-apocalyptic 2D platform game, mainly platforms where the player walks, they must be in post-apocalyptic style

Requirements:
- Must be skilled in pixel art design
- Ability to create a post-apocalyptic theme with no specific elements
- Will need to create 4-7 levels or scenes for the game
