I need some roblox developers with conceptual abilities

I am a guy who wants to have something cool done on the platform. I don’t have enough experience to make my own game, but I like being able to see other people do it for some weird reason. Among those things, I also like making money.

Now here are some concept criteria I’d like to be met;
-The game can’t be a moneymaker obby
-The concept has to sound enjoyable
-It is allowed to be themed (anime, movie, etc.)
-I specifically want a shiny item system
-I preferably want a ____ notifier to be possible ig
-As long as the project sounds profitable and sounds actually fun, and meets these criteria, then I’m sold.

I need;
-Someone who can make ui’s
-Someone who can build maps or models
-Someone who can script
-Someone who can lead the project, and has experience with all of the above
-If you can do more than one, and do them properly I can and will pay you more accordingly


Payment is negotiable.
-I can pay in: actual money
-Robux
-Percent of games profits

Percentage of profits is a risk, but you would be on the “payroll” pretty much forever, so it’s your own decision. NEGOTIATIONS ONLY BEFORE DEVELOPMENT STARTS

Cash can be sent and negotiable. Obviously depending on the size of the game I’m willing to pay more, but I can only pay in actual money if all promises are delivered once the job you promised to do is finished.
