I need a game developer

Hello! I am not a game developer, but I am looking for any game developer at all who can help me construct a game that has to do with RPG. The game I am inspired by is called “Happy Baby”, it’s on Facebook, but no longer works, I have acquired images of the game when it was working to give examples of how’d I’d like my game to also work. However with my game I believe I’d like to have nearly the same format except better moderation on the game, along with age restrictions for certain players, I’d also like this game too to be hosted on Facebooks platform as well and then transfer possible to Mobile. Basically to sum it all up, I need someone who can code for sure, and a possibly an app designer who specializes in games that are cartoony/anime like, nothing 3D though, strictly 2d.
