I need a game designer

Hello,

My name is Mark. I'm looking to create a racing game. Quality isn't hugely important.

Aspects:

1) online entrants
2) map generation from a bank of 1000 or auto-generating levels
3) ideally, 1 minute course time
4) basic gravity for contestants
5) 99.99% of maps should not be completable
6) looking to find 1 winner, after a thousand plays
7) prize for winner, then I will close the link to the game
8) game needs to record winners username
9) Characters will be robots with minimal detail
10) terrain is piles of rubbish


Ideally, it will be playable online through common browsers, or maybe a downloadable app
