I need any game developer

Hello Game developers and Designer, My name is lekan, I'm from Nigeria but i work as an agency. But I really need a developer that we will build trust and honest together, That we can also be working together for long time project. Note: I will hire you the project client give me but I don't have payment to send first, Because as an agency they will need update. I just need a developer that can be helping me in the game development process and I will be paying you massively But i might not have fund to start, So I only need developer that we can build trust and honest and that can work with me.
