I need a Game Developer for a 3D Futuristic Horror game

my game is going to be a 3D Horror Game in 4 Chapters set in 2150 Based in an abandoned city during a virus outbreak in 2035 where legend has it the people's spirits are still here and kill them while they are not looking making them see things. they kill their victims by when they are seeing things, they kill themselves. you can get all futuristic weapons of sorts.
