I need a Game Designer

We are currently working on an Idle game. I am looking for a Game Designer to research on similar games and draft the Game design document with details for each features of the game (Eg Quests, rewards, character stats, etc). We aim to get a design document that states the individual features and functions for our development team to follow for our game creation.

Game UI/UX design will be an added bonus
