A mini game

I am looking to create an action mini game for personal use. I want it to be developed for a PC platform. This game will need to be visually attractive, thematically coherent, have challenging game mechanics, and engaging elements. Additionally, the game should work on multiple devices and web browsers, as well as be able to run on a low-end gaming PC or laptop. With these requirements in mind, I’m looking for an experienced programmer to develop an amazing mini-game in a timely and cost-effective manner.
And it'll be all online. Please keep that in mind and the game details will be given after approving the proposal.
