2D gaming artist needed for indian themed game project

I am looking for 2D gaming artists who can create arts for creating gaming environment and interface for mobile game. I need someone who can understand the theme of the game storyline deeply and express the emotions of the storyline in the arts. Also looking for a self motivated, innovative thinker to present imaginary abstractions in a simple art presentation for the game player.
