We are seeking proposals from qualified Unity game development studios or teams for the phased development of a digital version of our TCG for mobile (iOS, Android) and desktop (PC, Mac) platforms. Our objective is to create a polished, playable MVP initially for testing through TestFlight or a similar platform, followed by further development in distinct phases.
Key Requirements:
- Implementation of gameplay rules, phases, and win conditions
- Card battling logic and attack/health tracking
- Deck building with card collections and inventory
- Animated 2D character and card artwork (assets provided)
- In-app purchases for card packs/decks
- Social features like profiles, friends, chat
- Backend infrastructure for data, accounts, purchases
The project will be executed in a phased manner, beginning with the MVP development. While we aim for a consistent engagement with the selected development team across all phases, it is crucial to ensure flexibility and access to all project-related materials to transition to another company if necessary.
Scope of Work (Phase 1: MVP Development):
- Finalization of the Game Design Document (GDD).
- Core gameplay mechanics development.
- MVP UI design and implementation.
- Multiplayer and simple AI development.
- Preparing the game for testing on TestFlight or a similar platform.
Proposal Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in game development, particularly with Unity Engine.
- Willingness to work in a phased development approach.
- Proposed plan for ensuring client access to all project files, code repositories, and assets.
