UI for 2D Pixel racing game integrated with twitch

It’s a 2D pixel racing game connected with twitch chat so when a user type !play a car will be assigned. The cars are CPU controlled. I need a UI like Leaderboard with names and positions and a Lap counter for the race, and maybe other improvements. The game will run on a VPS for 24/7 streaming
