Wild West Steampunk Roguelike

I'm looking to make a third-person Shooter roguelike where everything is focused on the guns, which are technology from a bygone era, and are all rather powerful in their own right. You should be able to choose a character and a starting firearm, and then you will build on the gun and character from there once the game begins with parts and upgrades.
