VTube Model Creation for FFXIV and Sims 4

I'm looking for an experienced artist to create a VTube model for both The Sims 4 and Final Fantasy XIV.
Requirements:
- A character in the style of either The Sims 4 made avatar or Final Fantasy XIV, specifically a Lalafell.
- The model should be suitable for VTube streaming.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and character design.
