Unity Deck-Building Game Prototype. Freelancer Sucks -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have $180 sitting idle on this site and would rather invest it into a small, playable prototype of a deck-building card game built in Unity for PC. I only need a lean vertical slice that proves the core loop: draft or select a starter deck, draw and play cards against an AI opponent, apply card effects, resolve turns, then tally a win/lose screen.
Unity (6.2 or higher) is my preferred engine because I can continue iterating on the project after delivery. Placeholder art and simple UI are perfectly fine; the priority is clean, well-commented C# scripts that I can expand.
Deliverables
• A Unity project that opens without errors and runs on Windows PC
• Core systems: deck creation, shuffling, draw/discard, hand limit, card effect resolution, basic AI turn logic
• Simple two-column battle layout with health or point totals displayed
• Win/lose condition and restart option
• Read-me file explaining the scene hierarchy, key scripts, and how to add new cards
I will release funds once the project opens, plays through a full match without crashes, and the read-me lets me add at least one new card in under ten minutes.
