Teach me how to use parts of UE4

Looking for someome to guide me with some UE4 questions.

I dont mind if you are sending me good yt tutorials as well but i need help:

Basically i have a charcater.

I want to be able to add effects Or prop via a button or click.
I need to know how to:

1. import effects/props.
2. attach to moving character.
3. press button to have it show up/disappear

And some other stuff with guidance.
