Create a short, engaging simulation game that educates SRNA employees on our company culture and the tire supply chain process from manufacturing to final consumer delivery. The game must:

Feature decision points that affect 4 score metrics
Include randomized crisis events
Be engaging, mobile-friendly, and linkable in LMS
Conclude with a motivational message + scoring breakdown
