Roblox Horror Game w/ Advanced realistic detail

Hello, I am Jez, I like Roblox games and I am developing my own game.
I am currently looking for someone who would help me develop it, because it is quite a lot of work to do alone. I am learning how to code slowly but surely.
I wish to find someone who would join me in developing my game. It is a horror game where you explore a mansion and you solve puzzles and search for items for 30 in-game days, and ghost events happen while you explore and the scariness of the game will come from a large variety of spooky ambience sounds and many types of scares.
Each player's game will auto-save every new day so you don't have to play it all at once, and you can join others for any days up to the days you have unlocked. Trying to do it all myself is hard to stay motivated, I want someone who will chat with me while team building it. Everything I design takes a lot of time because I am trying to add as much detail as possible to make it extremely realistic looking.
I included some screenshots of what I have so far, Some of it needs redesigning, but I am just adding more and more and changing things while I go.
