Realistic Basketball Game Development

I'm seeking an experienced game developer to create a realistic full basketball game for PC, Mobile, and Console platforms.

Game Features:
- Modes: 1vs1, 2vs2, 3vs3
- Player Mechanics: Dribble, shoot with a shooting meter, dunk, steal, and block with animations
- Scoreboard: Track points with the objective to be the first to 21 points
