FS25 Peacham Vermont Map Creation

Job ID: 40481221

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m commissioning a standard-size Farming Simulator 25 map that faithfully recreates the area around Peacham, Vermont. The finished map needs to feel like genuine New England—rolling hills, dense mixed forests, winding rivers spanned by authentic-looking bridges, and a small historic town that hosts all main sell points.

What matters most to me is the town and its surrounding service area: the store fronts, grain elevators, farmers’ co-op, fuel station, etc. I want players to feel they’ve driven straight into rural Vermont the moment they pull onto Main Street. Rivers and bridges are the next priority, so please give the waterways character and be sure every bridge blends naturally with the terrain. For roads, plan on an equal mix of paved and gravel surfaces; each should transition smoothly and support AI traffic.

Core features to include
• Fields suited for corn, wheat, soybeans, and sunflowers, laid out for both mission contracts and multiplayer cooperatives.
• Two or more farmyards with expansion space, animal zones, and a logical layout for machinery.
• Designated logging tracts and realistic timber sales.
• Full FS25 functionality: AI workers, missions, collectibles, seasonal visuals, foliage swap, traffic spline, nav mesh, and optimized LODs for single-player and dedicated servers.
• You may draw from Giants’ Workshop/ModHub assets where they fit, but please outline any custom models or splines you intend to create so I can weigh uniqueness against performance.

To move forward, please respond with:
1. Your estimated cost broken down by milestones.
2. An estimated timeline from kickoff to final build, noting major review points (e.g., terrain pass, gameplay pass, polish).
3. Links, screenshots, or videos of previous FS22/FS25 maps you have shipped, especially any that feature small towns or complex river systems.
4. A brief note on whether you expect to rely primarily on existing Giants assets, tailor them, or craft new models from scratch.

Acceptance criteria
• The map loads error-free in the current FS25 build.
• Average FPS on a mid-tier PC stays within Giants’ performance guidelines in single-player and on a four-player dedicated server.
• Console-ready file size target: under 1.5 GB uncompressed.
• Final delivery: complete project folder, packed ZIP, and a changelog.

I’ll be available for quick feedback throughout. Let me know your questions and I’ll turn them around fast so we can keep momentum. Looking forward to seeing how you bring Peacham to life.
