Online Multiplayer Texas Hold Em Poker Game

I’m looking for an already built Texas hold ‘em poker game. I really would prefer a game already built that can be modified. It needs to be multiplayer, browser based and browser mobile compatible. I don’t want users to have to download an app. It needs to support user created rooms and chat available in each room.
