Online Card Game Gameplay Designer

We are looking for someone to take our simple collectible battle card game idea and provide us with full game mechanics that we can turn into a turn based game. This will include an idea of things like where the cards will be placed on screen and exactly how each part of the game will work. You will NOT have to do any artwork or come up with characters, story, or anything. You will also NOT be responsible for coding the game in any way.
