One piece adventure rpg

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an one-piece adventure RPG game for PC. It is quite a big scope as it is an rpg adventure mod with quite a lot of features but we’re hoping someone could help us with this project. I have a road map attached which paints a good picture of what the game would look like
