Need game designer to optimize and write a full GDD for a MMO Survival Zombie Game

I am looking for a game designer to work on a full GDD based on the main idea of my game. You would need to clarify all the points mention in the document, provide examples, and additionally there are currently only 4 events for each district, you would need to come up with similar events based on the assets for the remaining districts. You will also need to clarify all the possible resources, loot options, blueprints, crafting, proper skill and leveling system, stats for enemies and players, description of items and their stats, and come up with other PVP ideas to make the game more fun and enjoyable.
