Need Spades Game App Created
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a spades game app that be downloaded on IOS, Android, MAC, and Windows. I will not be going into the app store.

Requirements-
Use HTML5 platform, deliver the games via plugin-free web apps and hybrid native apps. Use a modern, cloud-based service connects all of them, so that we can scale on demand and release new features simultaneously across every supported device.
I am only interested in the Spades game on this page.
