NFT Card Game development

We would like to build a simple card like splinterlands, what we are expecting;
1- deploy the game on the Binance chain and import NFTs cards from the user wallet to Game UI.
2- Build game battle logic
3- In-Game health and payer level logic
4- deploy the game on the test environment and production environment
